چکیده

Pomegranate (Punica granatum) is a perennial herb with its long history and has been the symbol of health, fertility spirituality. In addition to being consumed as fresh fruit, pomegranate juice, syrup, syrup many different product groups. particular, seeds, which are often produced waste, evaluated separately in terms their fatty acid composition antioxidant capacity. this study, seed oils was determined by gas chromatography/mass spectrophotometry (GC/MS). Total activity analysis performed using DPPH (2, 2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) method value trolox equivalent (TE). it that capacity 171.44 mg TE / 100g. According GC MS analysis, most dominant punicic Acid (68.12%). Oleic (8.51%), linoleic (6.71%) palmitic (5.55%) highest acids after acid. It clear apart from widespread consumption very beneficial for seeds can also be used.
